Membership in Polish - Indian Chamber of Commerce

Membership

The membership in the Chamber is intended only for Polish and Indian entities whose headquarters are located in the above-mentioned countries and which have been set up under the applicable law in those countries and they are ready to accept the Statute of the Chamber. The first step to register is to fill in a registration form and a membership declaration. After accepting the entity by the Board the company obtains proper information on affiliating to Polish – Indian Chamber of Commerce. The entity is obliged to pay the annual membership fee of 2500 PLN (approx. 850 USD)  and the registration fee of 500 PLN (approx. 170 USD) resulting from the affiliation to the Chamber.

Upon inviting entrepreneurs to join PIIG, we would like to highlight that Polish – Indian Chamber of Commerce is the only bilateral chamber in Poland responsible for Polish - Indian economic cooperation. We possess an accurate knowledge and contacts to accomplish both Polish and Indian businesses.   

The activity of the Chamber concentrates mainly on supporting Polish companies on the Indian market as well as building business structures to enable the realization of Indian investments in Poland. The principal assignments of Polish - Indian Chamber of Commerce are as follows:

-working out and facilitating business contacts among the Chamber members and Indian partners,
-maintaining close interaction with Polish and Indian ministries, consulates and embassies in order to support the information flow,
-receiving delegations from India and assisting in organizing business meetings,
-organizing trade missions to India,
-building a network of associated economic entities with a long-term experience and markets awareness,
-giving advice to the Chamber members on trade exchange between Poland and India,
-preparing a professional bilingual online service covering daily economic and cultural news which could be an information base for  the Chamber members and its new partners,
-organizing seminars on Polish – Indian cooperation taking into account different law regulations,
-circulating a newsletter concerning Chamber’s current activities to raise awareness on members’ achievements and co-operation offers,
