Services provided by Polish - Indian Chamber of Commerce
In the framework of the statutory action, the Chamber renders various services for its members. The payments for these services are paid mainly from the membership fee, unless the range of Chamber’s activity is broad enough to generate additional costs. Then, according to the individual agreement, the Chamber informs a member about possible additional costs and signs a mandate contract, on the basis of which it accomplishes further works and counts up the actions taken. Next, a VAT invoice is issued for the services according to the mentioned agreement.
To the services provided to the members, within the framework of a membership fee, belong among others:
- searching for business partners in India according to the Chamber member’s recommendations and expectations
- searching for business partners in Poland (for the members from India)
- informing about tenders consistent with the company activity profile,
- giving reliable information on the Indian market and regulations in India,
- providing Indian members with information on economy and law regulations in Poland,
- assisting in getting a visa to India, and for Indian members a Visa to Poland,
- assisting in organizing missions to India, taking accommodation etc.,
- receiving missions of Indian members and partners,
- appointing on request a convenient hotel and conference centre, office, etc. (refers to members from India),
- making out certificates of membership in Polish – Indian Chamber of Commerce,
- participation of Chamber representatives in events organized by its members,
- negotiating preferential fees for the members for services rendered by Chamber partners,
- fostering the members in Chamber publications and during events, in which Chamber representatives take part
Moreover, the Chamber offers a range of paid services, which are always offered to the members on preferential conditions.
