Polish - Indian Chamber of Commerce was founded to support Polish and Indian entrepreneurs who want to establish business relations in these countries. Polish- Indian Chamber’s of Commerce mission is to give reliable information about the target market, promote work of entrepreneurs in Poland and in India and protect their businesses.
One of the main objective of the Chamber is organization of the trade and expositional events as well as workshops and conferences in Poland and in India which show potential of these countries and create possibilities to establish direct contact with exhibitors from both countries.
he Chamber organizes trade missions which help entrepreneurs to become acquainted with specificity of the Indian market and establish contact with potential collaborators. A very important part of the membership in the Chamber is a constant promotion of our members during fairs, trade missions, towards central and local authorities and Indian organizations associating tens of thousands entrepreneurs. The Chamber provides complete information about all kinds of businesses and a list of all potential collaborators for companies which are interested in investing in Indian market. Activity of the Chamber is supported by diplomatic posts: Polish Embassy in New Delhi, Consulate RP in Mumbai and Indian Embassy in Warsaw and Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs with which the Chamber stays in constant relations. The Chamber cooperates also with European organizations like European Business and Technology Centre, Coventry University Enterprises Ltd and Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce.
Services provided by Polish- Indian Chamber of Commerce:
- SEARCHING FOR BUSINESS PARTNERS - we prepare the list of business partners from indicated section/ line of business; we also mediate in process of establishing contacts. For your wish we take part in direct conversations with potential collaborators;
- MISSIONS TO INDIA - the Chamber provides service on the complex organization of business missions to India which includes: searching business partners and organizing individual meetings for entrepreneurs, arranging meetings in Polish diplomatic posts, organizing visits to India (accommodation, flight reservation, etc.) and preparing advertising materials;
- ORGANIZATION AND TAKIG PART IN TRADE- EXHIBITION EVENTS - to promote the Chamber and the members of the Chamber we organize and take part in seminars, symposiums, exhibitions and conferences in Poland and in India. An important aspect of realization chamber goals is trade organization in both countries which contain all business lines. For Your wish we search market events from earlier recommended sectors, we chose business partners, organize direct meetings, prepare advert materials and organize visits to India (accommodation, flight reservation, etc.);
- MARKET RESEARCH - we provide consulting services, we make reports and opinions about chosen sector/branch, we prepare analysis of investing in this particular sector. In cooperation with Indian consulting companies we prepare reports on all aspects of starting a business in India: current regulations, tax system in this region, sales and supply market, perspectives of development of a company;
- ECONOMIC INTELLIGENCE - the Chamber co- works with companies which in professional way conduct economic reconnaissance about economic entities working in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal;
