The service of winning new business partners

Polish - Indian Chamber of Commerce provides services connected with trade partners matching especially for Polish companies interested in gaining partners abroad, but also for Indian companies looking for partners in Poland. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our offer.

Process and range of activity:

1. Identification of potential trade partners

- analysis of an obtained query
- gathering materials: activity profile, advertising and information materials about your company
- branch analysis
- sending queries to our partners
- choosing potential trade partners
- preparing a list containing contact data and activity profile of potential trade partners

Cost: 400 USD (+22% VAT) (Chamber members: a fee is included in the membership fee)

2. The assessment of opportunities resulting from cooperation with chosen trade partners

- analysis of an obtained query
- gathering materials: activity profile, advertising and information materials on your company
- branch analysis 
- circulating queries to our partners 
- choosing potential trade partners
- preparing a list containing contact data and activity profile of potential trade partners
- placing information on your company in the period of 30 days in the PIIC web catalogue (PL+ENG)
- forwarding the cooperation offer to initially selected partners
- direct contact with companies to which the offer was sent
- preparing information on Polish partners interested in collaboration or notices regarding your offer

Cost: 700 USD (+22% VAT) (Chamber members: 60USD + 22% VAT)

Conditions of providing the service:

1. The service is provided on the basis of:

- filled-in order form sent to Polish - Indian Chamber of Commerce
- crediting the transferred amount consistent with the scope of activity for the benefit of ordering party
- sending a set of materials to Polish – Indian Chamber of Commerce in electronic form (profile, catalogue, etc.)

2. Rendering the service begins in the moment of obtaining the payment

3. The service is accomplished in the period of 30 working days counting from the date of receiving the payment.

4. The number of trade partners identified by PIIC depends on specificity of the given branch and requirements defined by the Ordering Party.

5. The Chamber’s objective is to help identify and initiate contacts with potential Polish partners. Polish – Indian Chamber of Commerce does not take part in negotiations among companies and does not bear responsibility for their run.
